SkyTeamSoft ("we," "us," or "our") develops mobile applications, including Block 2048 Merge Chain (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our App, you agree to the terms described here.

Our applications may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. We strictly comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your explicit consent before displaying any personalized advertisements. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads where required by law.
AdMob and our analytics providers may use device identifiers and similar technologies (including advertising IDs) to serve ads and measure their performance. You can reset or limit ad tracking through your device's operating system settings.
The App includes competitive leaderboards. To participate, we collect your chosen player nickname and high scores, which are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. This data is used solely to display rankings within the App and is not sold or used for advertising purposes.
You may delete your leaderboard entry (nickname and score) at any time directly within the App, using the "Delete My Data" button available in the Leaderboard screen. This immediately and permanently removes your record from our servers.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, in-game currency) processed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system. We receive confirmation of completed transactions (such as product purchased and purchase status) to grant you the corresponding in-app content. We do not receive or store your full payment card or billing details — these are collected and processed entirely by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies.
We may share information with trusted third-party vendors for purposes such as data analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase), advertising (Google AdMob), and hosting services (Cloudflare). These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and may only use your data to provide services on our behalf.
Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
