These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.skyteamsoft.com and the mobile games and apps published by Skyteam Games and Skyteam Apps, divisions of SKYTEAM SOFT ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, games or apps (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

Some of our games are made for children and families, and others are intended for players aged 13 and over. Children should use the Services only with the permission of a parent or guardian. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, Children’s Games Privacy Policy and General Audience Games Privacy Policy.

2. Licence to Use Our Games and Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our games and apps on your own device, for non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded them from. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our games or apps, except where the law allows it.
• Cheat, use bots or exploits, or tamper with scores, leaderboards or game data.
• Choose a leaderboard nickname that is offensive, misleading, or that contains personal information.
• Interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks or the experience of other players.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access if these rules are broken.

4. Ads and In-App Purchases

Our games are free to play. They may contain ads and optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the app store you use (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are governed by that store’s terms, including its refund policy. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their name, logos, artwork, music, code and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership of them.

6. Your Data

You can delete your leaderboard entry and associated account data at any time from inside the game or by following the steps on our Delete Your Data page.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Services running well, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may update, change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
