Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Skyteam Soft ("we," "us," or "our") provides cloud computing solutions, custom software development, and system integration services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website at www.skyteamsoft.com and the professional services we provide to our clients.

We also publish mobile games under our Skyteam Games division. Those games are covered by their own policies, not this one: see our Children’s Games Privacy Policy for games directed to children and families, and our General Audience Games Privacy Policy for games intended for players aged 13 and over.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client — for example, while operating or integrating a system that holds their end users’ data — we act as a processor. In that role, we process data only on the client’s documented instructions, under the terms of our service agreement and applicable data processing terms; the client’s own privacy policy governs that data, not this one.

2. Information We Collect

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use our website for behavioral advertising.

3. How We Use Information

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering services), legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries, securing our systems), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and consent where we ask for it explicitly.

4. Sub-Processors and Service Providers

We use a limited set of reputable providers to run our business — for example, cloud infrastructure, email, and accounting services. These providers process personal information only as needed to provide their service to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. Where we act as a processor for a client, the applicable sub-processors are identified in the relevant service agreement.

We do not share personal information with data brokers or advertising networks.

5. International Transfers

We are based in Türkiye and may use service providers located in other countries, including within the European Economic Area and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside its country of origin, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted once it is no longer relevant. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and limitation-period rules.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. Individuals in Türkiye have these rights under the KVKK (Law No. 6698); individuals in the EEA and UK have them under the GDPR.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@skyteamsoft.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a client, we will refer you to that client, who is the controller for that data. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information in our care, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our website and professional services are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them. Privacy practices for our mobile games — including those made for children — are described in the separate policies linked at the top of this page.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
