Privacy Policy

Skyteam Games is the mobile games division of Skyteam Soft ("we," "us," or "our"), which is the data controller responsible for the games described here. This Privacy Policy applies to our games that are directed to children and families (rated PEGI 3, ESRB Everyone, or equivalent), listed in Section 11 below. Our games for a general audience aged 13 and over are covered by a separate privacy policy, and our business and enterprise services are covered by the Skyteam Soft Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including children and families. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and app store guidelines for family-friendly apps.

By using our Apps, you and your parents/guardians agree to the terms described here.

1. No Collection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

We DO NOT collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses) from children. Our Apps never ask a player for their real name, email address, phone number, photo, or location.

If a user voluntarily contacts our support email, we will use their email address only to respond to that specific inquiry, and we will delete it once the inquiry has been resolved. We do not add it to any mailing list or use it for any other purpose.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

We deliberately keep automatic data collection to a minimum. Our Apps do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and does not track how you play, what you tap, or how long you play.

• No device or advertising identifiers: We do not collect or transmit your device ID, hardware identifier, or advertising ID.
• No behavioral tracking or profiling: We do not build user profiles, track you across other apps or websites, or use your data for targeted marketing.
• Advertising data: Google AdMob receives the limited technical data it needs to display non-personalized ads and to prevent fraud. This is processed by Google under its own privacy policy and is never used to build a profile of you (see Section 3).
• Leaderboard data: Only the nickname you choose and your high score, and only if you use the optional leaderboard (see Section 4).

3. Advertising & Analytics (Kid-Friendly)

Our Apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. Because our Apps are directed to children, we instruct AdMob to treat every user as a child and as below the age of consent, without asking their age. This means:

• No Personalized Ads: We do not use behavioral tracking. Advertisements shown are contextual and non-personalized.
• No advertising ID used for targeting: Our configuration prevents your device's advertising identifier from being used to target ads, build a profile, or track you across apps.
• Family-Safe Content: We restrict ad content to material rated suitable for audiences of all ages, including children.

Non-personalized ads are selected based on general context rather than your interests or past behavior. Google may still process a limited amount of data for essential purposes such as frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention. You can additionally reset or limit ad tracking at any time through your device's operating system settings.

4. Leaderboards & Cloud Storage

Some of our Apps include an optional leaderboard. Playing the game does not require using it. Where a leaderboard is offered, we keep it safe as follows:

• Players must use an anonymous nickname. We strictly prohibit the use of real names or identifiable information in nicknames, and nicknames are automatically screened by a profanity filter.
• The anonymous nickname and high scores are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure solely for displaying global rankings.
• No permanent identifiers: Each entry is keyed by a randomly generated identifier created on your device the first time the App runs. It is not derived from your device, hardware, or advertising ID, cannot be linked to you or to any other app, and is permanently erased when you uninstall the App.
• Data Deletion: You or your parents can delete your leaderboard entry (nickname and score) at any time directly within the App, using the "Delete My Data" button. This immediately and permanently removes your record from our servers. Step-by-step instructions for each App are on our Delete Your Data page.

5. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system. These purchases require account authentication (a parental gate/password) controlled by Google or Apple. We do not receive, collect, or store any payment card details.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use a deliberately small number of third-party services:

• Google AdMob — serves non-personalized advertisements (see Section 3)
• Cloudflare — hosts the optional leaderboard (see Section 4)
• Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase — process optional purchases (see Section 5)

These providers comply with children's privacy regulations (COPPA/GDPR) and are restricted from using collected data for their own targeted advertising or profiling. We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not share information with data brokers or any other third party.

7. Parental Rights (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

• Review the data associated with their child's use of our Apps.
• Request the deletion of their child's leaderboard data.
• Refuse to permit further collection or use of the child's information by uninstalling the App or contacting us.

Leaderboard data can be deleted instantly from within the App using the "Delete My Data" button, with no need to contact us. Step-by-step instructions for each App, including how to request deletion after uninstalling it, are on our Delete Your Data page. To exercise any other right, parents can contact us directly at support@skyteamsoft.com. We will respond promptly to all verified parental requests. If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect internal data. We retain gameplay data (like leaderboard scores) only for as long as necessary to provide the App's functionality or until you choose to delete it via the in-app button. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or the features of our Apps. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage parents to review this policy periodically.

• No child-directed games are published at this time. This policy will list them here as they are released.

This list is updated whenever we publish a new App. If an App is not listed here, this policy does not apply to it. Our games for a general audience aged 13 and over are listed in our general-audience privacy policy.
