Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Skyteam Games is the mobile games division of Skyteam Soft ("we," "us," or "our"), which is the data controller responsible for the games described here. This Privacy Policy applies to our games intended for a general audience aged 13 and over (rated PEGI 12/16/18, ESRB Teen or Mature, or equivalent), listed in Section 10 below. Our games directed to children and families are covered by a separate children’s privacy policy, and our business and enterprise services are covered by the Skyteam Soft Privacy Policy.

Our games covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use them; see our children’s policy for the games that are made for you.

By using our games, you agree to the terms described here.

1. Information You Provide

Our games never ask you for your real name, email address, phone number, photo, or precise location. The only information you may choose to provide is an anonymous nickname when you use an optional leaderboard (see Section 4).

If you voluntarily contact our support email, we use your email address only to respond to that specific inquiry, and we delete it once the inquiry has been resolved. We do not add it to any mailing list or use it for any other purpose.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

We deliberately keep automatic data collection to a minimum. Our games do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and do not track how you play, what you tap, or how long you play.

3. Advertising

Our games may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. For players aged 13 and over, these ads may be personalized — that is, selected based on your interests, inferred in part from your device’s advertising identifier — where you have consented and where local law permits.

Google may process a limited amount of data for essential purposes such as frequency capping, aggregate reporting, and fraud prevention regardless of your personalization choice. Google’s handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Leaderboards & Cloud Storage

Some of our games include an optional leaderboard. Playing does not require using it. Where a leaderboard is offered:

5. In-App Purchases

Our games may offer optional in-app purchases processed through Google Play Billing or Apple’s In-App Purchase system. These purchases require account authentication controlled by Google or Apple. We do not receive, collect, or store any payment card details.

6. Third-Party Services

Our games use a deliberately small number of third-party services:

We do not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not share information with data brokers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have given. Residents of the EEA, UK, and Switzerland have these rights under the GDPR; residents of California and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Leaderboard data can be deleted instantly from within the game using the "Delete My Data" button, with no need to contact us — see our Delete Your Data page, which also covers deletion after uninstalling. To exercise any other right, contact us at support@skyteamsoft.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect internal data. We retain gameplay data (such as leaderboard scores) only for as long as necessary to provide the game’s functionality or until you choose to delete it via the in-game button. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or the features of our games. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. Games Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the following general-audience games published by Skyteam Games, a division of Skyteam Soft:

Games directed to children and families are listed in our children’s privacy policy.
